Rockets for the classroom—or scaled up for outside. One uses a safe chemical reaction to launch.  The second rocket uses an air compressor--the pressure can be varied--to launch a paper rocket made and designed by the students.  Both allow for student choices in engineering design. Rockets will be made by participants and handouts will be available.  A small-scale potato bit launcher will be included and everyone can Rock It.
